    Description

    For your consideration is this beautiful vaseline glass open mater salt. The British patent mark translates to September 1877.
    Period glass fluoresces under the black light (see picture #8).
    It is about 1 3/4" tall x 3 5/8" wide at the top from handle to handle.
    It is in excellent original condition. There is a hairline on one of the handles that can be seen but barely felt (see pictures #3, #4, and #5). I believe it happened in the making because the glass looks different on both sides (see picture #3). This piece has a great antique feel and  displays exceptionally well.
    My pictures don't always project the ideal image. I have serious problems with glare and lighting. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions, especially photo related ones.
    Regarding combined shipping. In most cases, several pieces can be shipped in a single box. When this occurs, I will credit the purchaser's PayPal account any shipping difference. In-other-words, I charge exact shipping for same time multiple purchases. I cannot issue these credits until I've purchased the postage so it may take a day or two. I do this often. I have never had a discrepancy complaint. My customers are in very good hands.
