In the event that any term, provision, covenant or condition of this agreement is held by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the rest of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, diminished, impaired or invalidated.   The seller is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. No public liability insurance issued with this transaction. Any written or verbal odometer readings from American Classics Autotrader employees, is simply an odometer reading and is no guarantee of actual miles. Please refer to  the odometer disclosure on the title or title reassignment form for actual or exempt miles.  Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless otherwise stated in contract.

We ship the car worldwide. The buyer is resposible for the cost of shipping, either open or enclosed.  We, the seller, are responsible for setting up and attaining the shipper/transport.  Buyer will pay us, the seller, the cost of shipping, we, the seller, will pay the shipper directly.
