We offer a simple returns policy. If you are not satisfied with our product, please return it to us unused within 14 days and we will issue refund. If you don't want the item for any other reason postal charges are at your cost. Any return, please send by recorded post only.  When sending goods back for returns please provide the return reason and please ensure that you include all the relevant details such your eBay id, your email address, the item number and your full contact details otherwise this will result in a delay or your return item not being processed.

UK Delivery, We use Royal Mail 1st Class & 1st Class Recorded which is normally 1- 3 working days but not guaranteed as it`s not in our hand.
Europe & Ireland - Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail, International signed for DPD Express, normally 2 - 10 working days, but not guaranteed. USA, Canada & Rest of the World - Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail, International Signed for DPD, normally 3 - 15 working days, but not guaranteed. Please also check at the local sorting office where items are normally held due to items not fitting through letterboxes. Thank you for your understanding on this matter.

We accept payment via PayPal, Bank Transfers, and Credit Cards. Please make sure shipping address is correct upon placing your order as we will only ship to the PayPal address.
