Items are shipped within the United States by UPS or FedEx Ground services, or by the United States Postal Service (USPS) using Priority Mail.

UPS or FedEx Ground: date when shipped, tracking number, and website link.
USPS Priority Mail: date when shipped. The USPS typically delivers priority mail within 2-3 days of shipment.
The shipping fee for standard flat rate shipping service applies to shipments to locations within the continental United States.
For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, please request a shipping quote.
When noted, "free ground shipping" refers to purchases shipped to locations within the continental United States.
We are also happy to arrange for expedited shipping upon request (e.g., Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, Express Mail, etc.). Please request a shipping quote.
Our store items are those that are regularly stocked. If, for some reason, an item is not available we will immediately notify you and let you choose whether you would like to cancel and receive a refund, choose another product, or wait until the item is back in stock. Returns

Please contact us within seven (7) days if there is an issue with the product you have received and we will resolve it as quickly as possible and to your satisfaction. We will accept return of opened items provided all of the original contents (and packing materials) are included and in new condition. Once the item(s) is returned and determined to be in new condition, you will receive a refund for the cost of the item plus the cost of shipping
