Actual press clipping measures 10.5" x 3.5" and is matted in the frame. Frame is 16.5" x 9.5" with condition issues. Basic, inexpensive frame, with surface chipping on the upper-side left and a very small chip on the top right. Back of the frame has a hook for quick mounting.
