Description
This lot just came out of an estate sale. There are seven items which belonged to an U.S. Army Officer during WWII. There are three different dog tags, one complete matching set with flat chain which look like they are made of brass; one single early WWII tag with home address and next to kin ( Peggy, Piedmont, Mo.), and one single late war tag. There are his 2nd and 1st Lt. bars, and a nice sterling bracelet with his full name on front and his Army service number on back and date November 18, 1944 "Love Peggy". Last item is an In Service piece of sweetheart jewelry. The house is still being cleaned out and there may be discharge paper work. If there is, I will contact winning bidder and send along to help show the history of these items. If you have any questions please ask before bidding. Thanks for looking!
